Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping Available. USA. Art merch sales are shipped within 7-10 business days. Due to COVID-19, There is a delay in all apparel shipping, with a 4-6 weeks fulfillment period. Customers can track orders with the tracking number provided via email.

For fine art commissions, please refer to the agreement guidelines provided at the start of the project.

Return & Exchange Policy

All fine art sales are final. If you have received artwork that has been damaged due to shipping, please contact the artist immediately. Email Taylor@klrart.com with your invoice number and photos of the damage.

All art merch sales are final. If you have received a product that has a manufacturer's defect, it may be eligible for an exchange, at the discretion of the artist. If eligible, customer will receive paid postage boxed to mail in the exchange for the same item at the equal value.
